Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 5 days in advance of your reservation for a full refund. Within 5 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email bookings@raakachocolate.com to reschedule or cancel.
